five feathers...

...to find this weekend while you are out walking. feathers are fabulous clues as they help us discover what is living or happening in the natural world. for example i often find goose feathers near the side of the canal. though tuffs of these feathers found on the floor, tell me that they have been fighting over a slice of bread. i drew these feathers from a wildlife magazine, i fancied a change from the lettering which i will be doing for the rest of today. i am really enjoying typography at the moment. nose wise, i am off to pick up a prescription today. thankfully it will get better over the next day or two as this medication works.

Get well soon honey!!!

Arghhh! Feathers! He he! Love the Robber bird one the best!

I once studied flight and how feathers work, it was very interesting! I saw Oystercatchers today and some gulls and a group of Starlings, but alas did not see a Lesser-Spotted Robber Bird.

I think it was too cold!
